Although I’m not sure if this is a manufacturer, retailer, or shipper issue, this crib that I purchased arrived with a broken back rail. We liked this crib as my child was a newborn, but now it’s time to turn the crib into a toddler bed. Because of our great experience with our son’s crib, we …I was weary about getting this crib with it only having a three star review. I have tried contacting the manufacturer (LaJobi) MULTIPLE times via phone, website, and email to have this back rail replaced and cannot get in contact with anyone. A side from the box having a few dents, the crib itself was in great condition. This crib has held up extremely well, even enduring my son’s constant and enthusiastic jumping. Clean, simple look, easy assembly even for an 8-months pregnant woman.
