Graco Benton 4 in 1 Convertible Baby Crib

Although I’m not sure if this is a manufacturer, retailer, or shipper issue, this crib that I purchased arrived with a broken back rail. We liked this crib as my child was a newborn, but now it’s time to turn the crib into a toddler bed. NOT HAPPY!After reading the not-so-great reviews, we crossed our fingers and ordered this crib for my son in 2012. I have tried contacting the manufacturer (LaJobi) MULTIPLE times via phone, website, and email to have this back rail replaced and cannot get in contact with anyone. A side from the box having a few dents, the crib itself was in great condition. This crib has held up extremely well, even enduring my son’s constant and enthusiastic jumping. Clean, simple look, easy assembly even for an 8-months pregnant woman.
