Graco Story Customizable 5-in-1 Convertible Crib with Drawer

The crib arrived quickly enough; but had several damaged/bent pieces – the metal mattress base and 3 pieces of the underneath drawer. Contacted StorkCraft customer service who helped quickly and sent out replacements, after supplying photos of the damaged pieces and part numbers via email, as requested. “Really nice crib with very useful and smooth drawer. Assembly instructions were easy to follow and the bed was assembled in record time. faces the wallThis crib is great. However… this earned a 1 star rating due to the original damaged parts and subsequent replacement parts received. The storage drawer is a plus and is a great place to store bedding.
