This is a very nice crib, very sturdy and pretty easy to assemble too. The crib was damaged and scratched up when we opened itI receive the crib perfectly fine and all parts are intact. This convertible crib comes with the toddler rail, which is great(not a separate purchase as with many others). They sent us a used cribThe bed itself was fine, but I ordered the Espresso color, expecting a dark brown. Its a beautiful crib that looks like you should have paid a much higher price. I have never put one together, so, don’t know about setup.
