Everything arrived in good condition, no nicks or gouges in the wood, and all of the parts and tools were where they were supposed to be. Easy to put together (for Moms like me), pretty, sturdy and safe and cost effectiveMy honeys upgraded to the toddler option and shes doing so well on it!
